The companies that last aren’t the ones with the biggest budgets or longest histories. They’re the ones that can spot a shift, act early, and bring their people along for the ride.
Think of how Netflix moved on from DVDs before anyone else dared, or how Tesla bet on electrification when the auto industry laughed at the idea. Those decisions weren’t safe—but they were decisive.
That’s why we’re opening this new series: to shine a light on Macedonian companies doing the same. Leaders who are making bold calls in volatile conditions, not just to protect their bottom line, but to invest in their people and keep them future-ready.Our first spotlight? Kuehne+Nagel Skopje, a global logistics giant with a local team that chose to act now rather than wait.
