For Tijana Milikj, Project Coordinator at Antolog Publishing, learning AI was never about chasing hype. It was about curiosity, creativity, and finding new ways to challenge her own ideas.
She didn’t wait for the future of work to arrive. She decided to explore it firsthand.
You too can do it! Register for the AIatWork Event on 3th of November!

Why did you decide to start learning AI now?
Tijana:
“I was already familiarized with some of the tools and had the opportunity to work with them on several projects. A few great mentors showed me different uses of AI, and I wanted to deepen the knowledge and understanding — to build up my current knowledge.”
For Tijana, AI wasn’t a completely new world — it was the next logical step in expanding her skill set and her way of thinking.
What’s the most useful or best way you’ve already applied AI?
Tijana:
“I’ve used AI as a friend that has completely different opinions than me — so I ask it to challenge every idea that I have. That’s been super useful for creative brainstorming.
I also appreciate AI’s input in research. I used to spend a few days doing it manually — now, I use AI to combine and challenge the results.”
Instead of using AI only for speed, Tijana uses it for perspective. She treats it as a partner that questions her assumptions — helping her think broader and sharper.
What’s something you’d love to do with AI in the future?
Tijana:
“I am curious to see how deep and how far AI can go — in different industries, for different purposes, and the effects it will have on the future of work.”
Her curiosity isn’t about replacing human effort — it’s about discovering how technology can elevate human creativity and collaboration.
What do most people get wrong about AI?
Tijana:
“AI is not here to overrule you, but it is your responsibility to make it challenge you and bring the best out of you.”
To her, AI isn’t the competition — it’s the mirror. The more you make it question you, the better you become at questioning yourself.
How would you describe your AI@Work experience in one short sentence?
Tijana:
“An experience that teaches.”
What’s the most surprising or funny AI moment you’ve had so far?
Tijana:
“I once asked AI to summarize classic books for me using a variation of prompts — and the results were fascinating. It can get very deep, very quick!”
Even in moments of play, AI has shown her that creativity and depth often go hand in hand.
Tijana’s story is proof that learning AI isn’t about being technical — it’s about being thoughtful.
She uses it not just to do more, but to think better.
Her journey captures what AI@Work is all about:
Using AI to grow, to question, and to create.
“AI is not here to overrule you — it’s here to challenge you and bring out your best.”
