Adopting AI isn’t just about chasing the next trend. For many professionals, it’s about solving real problems — removing bottlenecks, responding to client needs faster, and creating more space for meaningful work.
Still, the path isn’t always straightforward. AI is powerful, but it requires curiosity, patience, and the courage to experiment. The misconception that it delivers the “perfect answer” right away often stops people before they even begin.
That’s why the Learner Spotlight exists: to highlight forward-thinking leaders like Natasha, CEO of BizzBee Solutions, who are already finding practical ways to integrate AI into their workflows. Their stories prove that AI isn’t a distant future — it’s a tool available here and now, to anyone ready to take the first step.

Meet Natasha Razmoska, CEO at BizzBee Solutions.
She’s built her career on helping businesses grow through smart strategies and efficient processes. But when AI started shaping the way companies work, Natasha knew curiosity alone wasn’t enough. To remove bottlenecks, keep pace with client demands, and guide her team into the future, she had to start applying AI in practice.
Why did you decide to start learning AI now, not later?
Natasha:
“For me, it wasn’t one reason — it was all of them. Clients were asking about it, we faced certain bottlenecks in our workflow, and on top of that, I was curious. AI felt like something I couldn’t afford to postpone.”
How would you describe your AIatWork experience so far?
Natasha:
“AI@Work is opening my eyes to practical ways AI can make work smarter, not harder.”
What’s something you’d love to do with AI in the future?
Natasha:
“My goal is to automate the whole workflow from beginning to end. I want to reach a point where human effort is minimal, and the process runs smoothly with AI support..”
Have you tried a fun or unexpected AI prompt?
Natasha:
“Yes! Once I asked it to help me create a full plan for a trip to a new country. It saved me hours of research and turned a complex task into something simple and fun.”
Natasha’s journey shows that AI isn’t reserved for tech insiders. It’s about curiosity, problem-solving, and finding smarter ways to work. From client requests to daily operations, she’s proof that adopting AI early gives leaders a real edge.
